Job Description
- Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations and staff supervision.
- Support sales targets, revenue goals, and customer service standards.
- Supervise, train, and motivate sales and store staff.
- Prepare staff schedules, shifts, and attendance records.
- Monitor stock levels, inventory movement, and replenishment.
- Assist with stock receiving, checking, tagging, and storage.
- Conduct and support stock counts and inventory audits.
- Monitor cash handling, POS transactions, and daily cash closing.
- Handle customer complaints and service issues professionally.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and properly merchandised.
- Check product displays, pricing, promotions, and visual merchandising standards.
- Coordinate with the warehouse, purchasing, finance, and management teams.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, stock, staff performance, and store activities.
- Help prevent stock loss, damage, theft, and operational errors.
- Ensure employees follow company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards.
- Take responsibility for the store in the Store Manager’s absence.
