The role involves handling inquiries through phone, email, chat, or in person, while maintaining professionalism and excellent communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly via phone, email, chat, or face-to-face.

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and policies.

  • Resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.

  • Process orders, returns, exchanges, and service requests.

  • Keep track of customer feedback and report recurring issues.
