Job Description

  • Welcome guests upon arrival and departure.

  • Assist guests with carrying luggage and personal belongings.

  • Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel facilities.

  • Deliver luggage, messages, and other requested items to guest rooms.

  • Assist guests with transportation arrangements.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the luggage area.

  • Provide information about hotel services and facilities.

  • Respond politely to guest requests and inquiries.

  • Coordinate with the front desk and housekeeping departments.

  • Maintain excellent customer service and professional behavior.
