Job Description
We are looking for a professional and motivated Customer Service & Office Staff to join our team in Dubai. This role is ideal for freshers and beginners who are eager to develop their career in office administration and customer support.
Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person politely and professionally

Assist with front-office operations, including greeting visitors and managing correspondence

Maintain and update customer records and office files

Support basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management

Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations
