Job Description

We are looking for a professional and motivated Customer Service & Office Staff to join our team in Dubai. This role is ideal for freshers and beginners who are eager to develop their career in office administration and customer support.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person politely and professionally

  • Assist with front-office operations, including greeting visitors and managing correspondence

  • Maintain and update customer records and office files

  • Support basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations

  • Follow company policies and procedures to maintain service standards

Skills & Qualities:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Professional and approachable attitude

  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email)

  • Ability to multitask and work independently

  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced office environment
