Job Description
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions in a timely and professional manner
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
- Provide detailed information about products, services, and company policies
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests efficiently

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is an advantage
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role

- Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software/CRM systems
