Job Description

A leading company has an opportunity available for a Customer Service Representative to support passengers throughout their airport journey and ensure a smooth, courteous, and efficient travel experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist passengers with check-in and boarding procedures
• Verify travel documents and provide relevant information
• Handle passenger enquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Assist with boarding gates, flight information, and passenger flow
• Support passengers requiring special assistance
• Coordinate with relevant airport teams when necessary
• Handle passenger concerns professionally and efficiently
• Maintain a high standard of service and communication
