Job Description

We are hiring energetic and customer-focused Ground Staff to join our team. The candidate will assist passengers, handle airport operations, and ensure smooth travel experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist passengers during check-in and boarding
  • Handle ticketing and baggage services
  • Provide customer support and resolve queries
  • Ensure safety and security procedures are followed
  • Coordinate with airline and airport staff
  • Manage boarding gates and announcements
