Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, well-presented, and customer-focused Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming atmosphere, manage reservations, and ensure a smooth flow of guests within the restaurant while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival
- Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating plan
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus
- Monitor dining area capacity and coordinate with staff for efficient seating
- Handle guest inquiries, waitlists, and special requests professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception/entrance area
- Communicate effectively with servers and management to ensure smooth service
- Assist in managing peak hours and ensure minimal waiting time for guests
- Provide accurate information about the restaurant, menu, and promotions
