Job Description

A reputable company is looking for a qualified and experienced IT Support Specialist to join its team.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for hardware and software issues
Troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, and network problems
Install and configure software and IT equipment
Support users with Microsoft Office and other applications
Maintain IT systems and basic network infrastructure
Respond to technical support requests and resolve issues efficiently
