Job Description

A well-established organization is seeking a responsible and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee daily security operations and ensure a safe, secure, and well-organized environment.

  • Supervise and coordinate security guards and daily shifts
  • Monitor access control and site security procedures
  • Conduct regular patrols and security inspections
  • Prepare incident reports and maintain security records
  • Ensure guards follow company policies and safety procedures
  • Coordinate shift schedules and staff deployment
  • Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies
  • Communicate with management regarding security concerns
  • Maintain discipline, professional conduct, and operational standards
